Get involved in a good karma charity event!
Every day, 48,000 Australian women face another night with nowhere to call home. Imagine the difference we could make to the lives of these women if 48,000 people came together in a nationwide show of solidarity?
Once again we’re asking yoga instructors across the country to donate a yoga class on August 31 to help us raise funds and awareness of the issues faced by women and girls experiencing homelessness, domestic violence and period poverty, in what will be the biggest joint yoga class ever seen in Australia!
#Yoga4Dignity is a simple and fun way to make a real difference to the lives of women and girls in Australia experiencing period poverty.
Yoga4Dignity 2019 has more than 200 classes registered and running across the country and we want to send our thanks and gratitude to all of our Yoga Instructors who are donating their valuable to host a special yoga class on Saturday 31st August – Yoga 4 Dignity day. Our registrations to host have now closed, please contact [email protected] for an enquiries.

Your registration fee for #Yoga4Dignity helps us to ensure that these women and girls will have access to the items they need, when they need them, like the young girls at a Brisbane therapeutic school who were in tears at receiving handbags filled with sanitary items and luxury items recently. “On that incredible day,” said school staff, “I saw one young woman walk out our front gates, with her head held a little bit higher,”.
This is why we do what we do, and why we are so grateful for your support.
Calling all instructors: Yoga4Dignity Registration 2019! – registrations have now closed
We are calling on all fabulous Yoga Instructors to donate their valuable time to host a special yoga class on Saturday 31 August 2019 – Yoga 4 Dignity Day.
We need you to pose for dignity, and in exchange we’ll help you to run a kick ass event where you will be able to connect with potential new clients in your area. Be one of the 48,000 women to take a stand (on your hands if you like) against domestic violence and support our charity. All proceeds from ticket sales go to Share the Dignity to help us fund vital programmes to help women and girls in need.
Once registered, you will be able to download our Yoga4Dignity marketing resources to promote your event.
You can still join a class though – find a local class by clicking on the button below.
