How you can help right now! Hobart projects in need of volunteers
Our Shero Program is the first step for most volunteers. Give a few hours of your time, a few times a year during our major donation campaigns. Joining up as a Hobart Shero is the first step to making a real difference – and Sheroes are needed across Tasmania. Can you be the go-to Shero in your town or city? Tasmanian women need you!
Donate to the homeless, fundraise for the homeless, or be a regular volunteer in the Hobart Share The Dignity community
There are so many ways to get involved, become a part of the Share The Dignity Hobart family! We need you – on the streets in Hobart, across Tasmania – or in your spare room volunteering from home. Whatever you can commit, we appreciate it! We urgently need graphic designers, grant writers and other voluntary roles. Do you have some mad skills you’d be willing to donate just a few hours a week from home? Check out all our operational voluntary roles.
Organisations, comedians and bloggers needed in Hobart
Share The Dignity’s various projects need assistance from Hobart businesses and social media influencers. Could your services help a woman fleeing domestic violence? Would your sporting, arts or technology club provide a free activity for a child living in a Hobart Women’s Shelter? Could you co-ordinate a comedy night to raise funds? Bloggers and social media influencers, we need your voice to share our message with Tasmanian audiences. Would you give us a shout out a few times a year? You don’t need to be a big business partner to lend a hand to women and children in need.
